Inverroche Classic Gin

This is a floral style gin that makes the most of the local plants in South Africa. Not far from the distillery is the Cape Floral Kingdom, one of only six such biomes in the world. Small botanicals knowns as Fynbos grow there, along with millions of other unique species. Inverroche sustainably harvests these small flowers and herbs and infuses them into the gin using a steam basket during distillation. The result is a truly original botanical experience. Look for green juniper notes, summer citrus and rose petals on the nose with a clean, dry and spicy finish. Founder Lorna Scott came to gin making from a love of botany, and her gins make the most of her knowledge.
